Introduction

This patient is a 33 years old white male who presented with a moderate-severe pain involving the LB, extending mainly to the right gluteal region of 4 months duration, which seems to be worsening with time. Exacerbated with extended standing, walking more than 10 minutes, and bending, particularly any kind of bending combined with rotation. Patient used to exercises regularly, his main field of exercise s weight training, which he has had to discontinue due to pain……
