She denies any trauma or heavy lifting. She had no history of previous low back pain.

She reported having experienced several episodes of moderate to severe low back pain during this period, usually secondary to activity outside of her normal daily routine. Furthermore, this was limited to the low back, without any radiation, which usually improved with rest and medication in a few days.
