Case Study – 24 (H. Sabbagh D.C.)

This is a 30 years old white female who referred to this office complaining of moderate to severe pain in the right upper extremity of 3 weeks duration. She indicated having experienced initial neck and shoulder pain over two months ago with gradual onset, and denied any trauma. Patient’s initial symptoms were mild to moderate, and controlled with medication and analgesics. Patient had also attended 15 sessions of physiotherapy, in addition to medication, and felt better during the period of treatment. However, pain in the right shoulder and arm had eventually increased, and at the time of her visit she was also experiencing paresthesia in the right arm in addition to pain, despite having worn a cervical collar in addition to previous interventions, ..............................
